D’Mand Hot Water System
Why Waste Money While Waiting on Hot Water
Invest in the D’Mand System
- With a simple turn of the faucet, you can have hot water readily available.
- The D’Mand System recirculates 24 hours on demand to save water, energy, and money.
- An average homeowner wastes roughly 40 gallons of water each day while waiting for hot water.
How the D’Mand Works
- The D’Mand System has a small pump, which is attached to the hot and cold water lines underneath the most remote kitchen or bathroom fixtures. Activation of the D’Mand System circulates the water that runs down the drain back to the water heater through the cold water line.
- At the individual’s request, the pump circulates hot water from the water heater and returns the cooled water back through the cold water line. Once the hot water arrives at the faucet, the control board and heat sensor shuts off the pump to prevent an excess of hot water in the cold water line.
D’Mand System is Activated Only When You Need Hot Water
- The D’Mand System senses when the water going through the lines is hot enough; therefore, the system can be activated by a push of a button.
Installation of the D’Mand System
- The D’Mand System is simple to install. It saves money on construction costs because draining of the system or return line is necessary for this system. Eight easy steps will complete the installation process of the D’Mand System.
